2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC offers a range of consulting services, including but not limited to grant writing, website design, consulting, business start-up, and nonprofit formation. These services may be subject to additional terms, guidelines, and rules, which will be provided to you in conjunction with such services.
3. PAYMENT
Payment for our services is due upon receipt of the invoice and or at the time of purchase. Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC are non-refundable. Once a service is provided or initiated, there will be no refunds, in full or in part, regardless of the reason. It is your responsibility to carefully review and consider your purchase before making a payment.
If a purchase is made accidentally, substaintial documentation must be submitted to Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC, for which a investigation process will ensure. A determination will be made at the close of the investigation, which should not exceed a 5 day period.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of services must be made in writing, via email, at least 3 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the payment.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared between you and Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC is considered confidential. We will not disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than providing the agreed-upon services, unless required by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
