Whatever your case may be, you have come to the right place! Building websites from scratch, updating them, doing an entire overhaul, or just giving them a little face lift is challenging for anyone. However, this is what we specialize in and we are up for the task. With Jasmine Styles Consulting, we take the time to understand your brand to deliver exactly what you want. Rather you want to be completely hands on, or you just have no idea as to where the work needs to be done, we can help you. The website overhaul process analyzing your website from top to bottom, compares it to other websites in your particular field, and then deciphers what is missing. We comb through every page and take note of what needs to be altered, what is missing, and what needs to be taken away. We even particularize your font sizes, colors, and styles to see if it is becoming a turn-off to site viewers. Once we've compiled what we've found, we construct a plan to tackle your site and present it to you. We take the feedback and any suggestions you may have and use this to build your new site. All of the information that we collect is used to help give your website a new and improve look. NOTE TO CLIENTS: The price DOES NOT include the monthly and or yearly fee that will have to be paid for the hosting fee. Once the website has been approved, completed and all amounts due have been paid, you will be provided with a finished product.
Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to all price quotes, invoices, and service agreements issued by Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm. By accepting a quote or engaging our services, the client agrees to the following: 1. Quote Validity All price quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on scope, availability, or updated service rates. 2. Scope of Work All services and deliverables are outlined in the provided quote or agreement. Any additions or changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and must be confirmed in writing before execution. 3. Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of half the total amount is due upon acceptance of the quote and before services begin, if permitted. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments beyond 3 business days of the due date will incur a 3% late fee, with a recurring 1.5% monthly interest on outstanding balances. 4. Success Fee (Grant Services Only) For any grants awarded over $5,000 as a result of our grant writing, proposal, or research services: A 10% success fee of the total awarded amount is due within 30 calendar days of the official award notice. This success fee is the client’s responsibility regardless of funder restrictions regarding grant writer compensation. Failure to remit payment within the required timeframe may result in legal collection action. 5. Cancellations & Refunds All deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels the project after work has begun, a partial invoice may be issued for work completed up to that point. Work will cease until outstanding balances are paid. 6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or proprietary materials shared during the duration of the project. 7. Intellectual Property Final deliverables become the property of the client only after full payment has been received. Drafts, templates, and unused materials remain the intellectual property of Jasmine Styles Consulting Firm. 8. Revisions All deliverables include 2 round(s) of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees. 9. Communication & Timelines Clients are expected to respond to communications and submit required information in a timely manner.
